Mobile data not working

I have got issue with my mobile data. It's not working.  I restarted it. Done with mobile network reset but still got the issue.  Can somebody help me.

Wipe cache partition and set apn setting in connections

Where could I find that wipe cache?? In which folder

It can be wipe in recovery mode

Call you network helpline and ask them to send you data settings and also ask them to check if there is something wrong on their end.
