But, i saw few bad comments about this app in play store.

If you have the Play Store app then uninstall the Play Store app and use your default one because it is already by McAfee

The pre-installed McAfee is different from the external app which you find on Play Store. The one on the settings is exclusive to Samsung devices and all you have to do is press the button once and it will do the job for you. While the external app offers more features but may not be optimised as the one on the settings.
