My Galaxy S8 phone restarts several times for no reason. I already tried resetting the phone and clearing the cache. My phone used to work fine, until the last update. I don't know what to do. should I wait for another update which might fix this issue or get rid of this phone. :(
Try the following. option 1. run the phone in safe mode and check for restart issue. If the phone is working fine then it may be due to some rogue app. option 2. do factory reset. option 3 . if both the options fails then it is hardware issue . if your phone is under warranty then you can visit the authorised service center to get the motherboard replaced. if it is out of warranty then it will cost you huge. Better buy a new phone than spending for this one.
