Galaxy SHello everyone,
I recently switched to the Galaxy S24, and while I’m truly enjoying the premium Samsung experience, there’s one feature I genuinely miss — a default App Lock.
On my previous Redmi device, App Lock was built-in. It allowed me to secure specific apps with a password or biometric authentication without relying on any third-party solutions. It was simple, seamless, and gave an extra layer of privacy.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a similar option on my Samsung device. For a brand known for innovation and user-focused features, this feels like a gap. Having an integrated App Lock would greatly enhance user satisfaction, especially in today’s world where data privacy and app-level security are becoming more and more important.
👉 I strongly believe adding this feature in future One UI updates would make a big difference for many users like me who value both security and convenience.
What do you all think? Should Samsung bring App Lock as a built-in feature in their upcoming updates?
