It's not a flagship, it's a Fan Edition version of a flagship so it's a upper midrange phone due to it's price. If you want or need to categorize it that's about what you would call it upper midrange cause it's not cheap, but also not very expensive.

It's a lower tier flagship. It has all the flagship features but less capable than an actual flagship

I would define it as a budget flagship since upper midrange is more like A55
