Microphone constantly in use by whatsapp

I am facing a peculiar issue in my S21 ultra where green icon is constantly visible indicating microphone used by whatsapp.

I enabled the sensors off option via Developer option setting, still the microphone usage is on, which is actually very weird.

Only if I don't give microphone permission to whatsapp the green icon goes. But I am missing out on whatsapp calls due to this.

Anyone facing this issue ? Any suggestions?

First clear data reset preferences then Uninstaller whatsapp remove setting done by u as set all default setting then reinstall whatsapp follow the procedure i hope this will fix ur issue.
