Messenger stopped

Frequently I'm facing this issue. If I open the messenger it is automatically closed and shows to me "messenger is stopped" like that.
sometimes it's continuously shows eventhough I didn't open the application.

Please give me the solution.

I've had the same issue with the last update... also Skype is closing whenever I try to change my photo... any suggestions...

me too..I have this issue after the last update....But I fix it by reinstalling the app....This method worked 100% for me!
