Memory Full notification

I am frequently getting a flash message as follows:-

Warning: Less than 100MB space left. Please free some space to continue using the App.
I have attached the screen shot too.
However, I have around 29GB free internal memory and RAM is also 2GB free when checked.

Why this is happening? Where's the problem??

I have done a Factory Reset earlier. No use.
