Samsung Galaxy S25 series outside USA might use MediaTek chipset(Dimensity 9400) due to Qualcomm's price hike and Exynos' low yield problem
• Samsung is considering using MediaTek Dimensity chip(may be 9400) alongside Snapdragon 8 Gen 4(only in USA) for the Galaxy S25 series due to Qualcomm's rumored high price increase for Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and low yield issues with Exynos 2500.
• Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is rumored to cost around $190-200, while the 8 Gen 4 might be as much as $260 per unit.
• The Exynos 2500 yield is currently at about 40%, and Samsung aims to improve it to 60% by August for mass production. If this Not happen then we may see MediaTek in S25 series.
