Massive battery drain on Samsung Note 10 plus Exynos (media storage)

Last month was a nightmare, charging phone 3 times a day because Media Storage drain all the battery. I contacted 3 times samsung support and nothing has changed.

Can someone help?

You can try reset. Or wait for next update, N10+ is listed to get updates monthly.

I did try both, reset once and updated 2 days ago, nothing has changed

Check if SD card having any issues or mount & unmount it & reboot

I don't have any SD card unfortunately

Then wipe cache partition
