Malware On s20fe 5g

Since 1 week i am getting emails from Google informing me that someone has doing unknown activity from my email id from aftrica windows device, someone has ordered apple gift coupon worth of 2000 from my flipkart account using my credit card so im scared and Yesterday dated 21.02.2023 I scanned my device s20Fe 5g with 'Malwarebytes' application which are downloaded from playstore, but the result shocked me don't know what to do. Please look at the screenshot bellow.
