Hi friends, can you please give me the email address of Samsung Sri Lanka and Korea for making a customer complaint.
I am using Samsung galaxy s21 ultra phone, and after software update a green line in the display appeared. I went to a service provider and they told me that they give free screen replacement for phones purchased after 2022. I want to make a complaint and request screen replacement as this green line was due to software update.
It is really regret to see such common errors in flagship phones. I am worrying that I could have purchased iPhone instead of buying this.
They left those S series before the S22 series not to give services 😒 I think... u should call Samsung JKOA and ask for the mail they definitely will provide
