@SamsungMobileIN Hi Samsung Team,
I am Rohit,
Using Galaxy S8 & i have enrolled for beta version and testing beta update giving feedback to developers.
After installing the 2nd last beta Update I think in December 2017 or January 2018,
After that Update My Device get some problem

My Galaxy S8 is giving so horrible sound while vibration.
after this official update till now my device having same problems,
Also i have contacted so many time to your Customer Care support but till now no positive reaction received...
My References No. 8431805811...Plz Help

  I have bought new Samsung galaxy s8 in June 2017. That is Samsung premium smart phone.

After 6 moth I face problem regarding vibration firstly 13 January 2018.  Service centre solve this issues in 4 days.

I received my set-on 17 January, But in next day. I face new issue of thumb expression. Again, I visit service centre to solve it.  Now few days ago, there were dust particle inside rear camera. While my phone is dust proof. I contact customer care (Mr. Abhay, supervisor) they called service centre manager Mr. Sanjay Gupta on conference. They request me to visit service center.

I visited service center they promise me for take care of set and never face same issues in future. But now again and again face same issue. and after service center visited, rear camera’s lance moving.

Customer care has all information all about these issues (Customer care Refresh no 845324871).

Your premium set is very worst set. It has many problem and service center couldn’t solve it properly.

I am in job. I can’t spend a lot of time to visit service centre again and again.

In this 1 month my set opened in 6 times. After each visit my phone have a new issue.

After delay 1-5 got my Samsung S8 set. Service center give me set after GT. But within Hafl hour touch not work. Within 2 month 5 to 8 visited your center, time I have faced new problem.
