Yes, OIS uses magnets to stabilize cameras and therefore using cheap Magnetic rings will eventually damage your OIS.

Avoid using it

Don't use this . Only use normal silicon case and tempered glass

Yes, avoid magnets...
Some strong magnets also harm your compass sensors and the map shows the wrong direction
