S21 1 week usage update, love the new design, it grows on you... overheats and battery doesn't last , not impressed with support Sharaf DG said it could be 7 days for them to get the phone checked. The only reason for changing my last phone was battery life... ironic! never felt a lag... but overheating does close apps sometimes. Hoping things change as phone AI adapts to usage.

battery life is suffering big time with the s21 series. I have the s21 ultra 5g and battery is about 8 hours a day

Got it and although the line drops due to the 5G upgrade I can't complain and also love the new color pallet

got mine and it gets hot like crazy , Samsung care in kuwait wasn't helpful. going to sell it for sure

Samsung phones are getting dangerously hot. I guess we need all to file cases against consumer protection to protect our selves from this rubbish release.

41c temp while sitting at home with ac and ambient temp around 20c. I wasn't able to life the phone in my hand

mine is running at 49c
