Loudspeaker issue in s20 FE 5G

Recently i purchase Samsung s20 FE 5g and my phone is upto date software is latest . When ever i recieve or make a video call on whatsapp while connected with my bluetooth earphone , the loudspeakers  automatically  active , and i am not able to use my bluetooth earphone . I also  tried it manually to slect bluetooth but it not works . The sound output is only via loudspeaker. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I just checked. When doing a WhatsApp call, it shifts to Loudspeaker automatically. Then I have to tap on Bluetooth button to connect to buds. I am using N20U here.

Yes , but in my device still loudspeaker active while video call
