When I switch on the wifi, I see Location turns on for few seconds and turns back off automatically. In settings, WIFI scanning and other location services are turned off.

Is this normal, a bug or am I missing something here?

Device is S20FE 5g

Settings- location- location services- Turn off all 4 options. Also, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning options. Confirm if all those options are off ?

I have done a clean install as in factory data reset twice, still the issue persists. I guess, I have to register this concern.
