Iam facing issues with some Apps after the latest update. And cause losing some data as well.

If you want to fix it soon then the only way is to factory reset the phone. I did and it worked for me. It's painful but that's the only way at present.

How did you backup your phone?

Settings / Accounts and Backup / Backup Data with Samsung Cloud.

Select what data is important to you to backup and then just go for it. Once you will format the phone and reinstall then it will ask you to sign-in with Samsung account. Once you sign in, it will automatically install the backup. It will show you the option for back up.
