Hi

I updated my device S10+ with the latest update on 1st May 2020.

After I captured a video and sent it to my friend, it seems blured.

Anyone any idea...

Hi there, 

Please try the following steps:

Navigate to your settings > apps > click on the 3 dots in the top right corner > click on "Show System Apps" > force stop > storage > clear cache
