Last update won't let me run some apps

Last night my OS got an update. I'm running Android 7.0. Ever since I can't run the YouTube and Prime Video apps. Any suggestions on how to get them back to running state. My phone is a Samsung S7 Edge. Thanks.

The latest update is the December security update. I did not get the update after my s7 phone
