Lame Excuses from Samsung Support for Beta UI 2.0

I tried to talk to them lame excuses its pushed in batches kindly wait soon you will receive the update.. 

It's limited to 10k people so beta would have become full so wait for stable version.

Keep Checking notice section to register for beta. 

You are higly valuable customer, we have raised your concern with development team to work on this high priority.

Sorry you contacted US support by mistake we could only help for beta updates if phone purchased is from US.

You will get update in while keep checking samsung members app :) soon is like ages now.

All these lame excuses just decreasing customer satisfaction score. 

One of the greatest reply - sorry we don't know when update will be available if samsung team cannot tell than who can tell?
