Lag issue

I have been using S21 FE since more than a year but recntely I see while using instagram it lags the insta stories and Reels with system lag.

PS: I have a high speed wifi so there is no connection issues.

If someone is facing this same issue? Or someone knows the solution for that?

I am using s21 fe , I bought it last week. And facing issues on instagram reels.while creating content the video got laggy And it doesn't match with the lipsync.
