Hi, please try these methods in correct order. Let's hope it solves your issue.
1. Check your software is upto date.
Settings > Software update > Download and install.
2. Update all apps from Playstore and Galaxy store.
3. Wipe your cache partition.
Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button + Bixby button (if your phone have that button else, press two buttons only) for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings.
I suggest you to put all your games and other irrelevant apps in 'deep-sleep mode'. So they can stay active only if you open them - better for battery and memory.
(Settings > Battery and Device care > Battery > Background usage limits > Deep sleeping apps.
4. If you still have the same issue, activate safe mode. (Press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen. To exit the safe mode, just restart the device). Safe mode tells you wheather the issue is caused by any third party apps downloaded by you. Good luck.
