I just want to share a funny feature of Samsung phones.They have come up with a super folder in gallery called recents folder RECENT means even 10 yr old pics are recent....a ploy to use double the space in the mobile.The company representatives say dont select recents folder from essential groups and it does not take space...impressed Now just above the gallery is a recents folder....there all photos are there...when a photo is deleted in gallery its cache file is there in recents folder...found thousands of cache files in the folder that does NOT take space.....funny....deleted all cache manually as there is no place where they show up or anywhere where they can be deleted .
Request ...please dont FOOL your customers

Another new feature added ....initially before update i could connect my mobile to lap top with a connecting lead....now advanced feature. I cannot do it. Yes everytime i am not able to do it i heartily bless the innovators for their super intelligent features......
Bhai hamare paas tumhari jitni akal nahi hai tou make it easy to use things. Not difficult

Contact the support team..they ask for log file...which has been sent multiple times....but result. 0/0

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
