Helps scan qr codes without needing a third party qr scanning apps.
QR apps can contain url and links for websites, payment links etc.

added inbuilt QR SCANNER into the camera app....and an ADAPTIVE POWER SAVING mode into battery under power mode along with latest security patch
and majorly samsung has updated the bootloader version to v5 from v4 due to which one who has updated to the latest july patch....would not be able to downgrade to OREO for now and forever
