July Security Update

Has anyone's Galaxy S8/S8+ been updated to July Security patch. I am still on May security patch. 

Is it coming or we are stuck on may security patch.

july patch is out for s8 in Germany after June patch. but why we Indians do not receive it only Samsung knows
