Jitters while scrolling 3rd party apps in s21 fe

I'm seeing jitters while scrolling through apps like instagram, youtube etc in my S21 fe

Am I the only one?

Maybe they'll fix this with an update, it wasn't like this a week before.

Clear cache amd try again.
Or you can reinstall those apps. If not any of these solve these them it's a update issue which will be solved in upcoming update.
