Jio Call forwarding S23 Ultra

I am unable to see option to deactivate call forwarding in Jio.

Just input mobile number and then you got enable option.

Do you have dual Sim in S23 Ultra?

Check this and turn this Dual Sim Always On to off. This is why you can not turn off Forwarding.

Thank you guys for trying to help, I tried everything you guys suggested but it didn't help, although I used the sim on an OnePlus phone also, it wasn't Phone's issue, it was with jio sim. After a few weeks of asking the Jio support for help it automatically turned off the call forwarding.

I think problem arise when I enabled call forwarding in S23 Ultra and then without disabling it I removed sim and used in OnePlus phone. So guys be careful.
