Issues with my Samsung Galaxy S10 +

Hi guys! Hope you all to be fine and at the best of your health. I was facing some issues with my S10 plus and I thought of sharing it to know the solution. Today, when I woke up I came to know my ringtone was automatically changed and the video files I had in my memory card, some folders were created in their name. Kindly, let me know about the issue as I don't have any access to the customer service in the mid of this pandemic.
