Hey Guys,
After submitting too many logs and error repor samsung finally had addressed the main issue..

The issue reported:
1. Device Overheating - Device overheats too much even in normal use. 

2. Excessive Battery Drain - even after putting almost all the apps in deep sleep, turning on Adaptive Power saving.

Reply by samsung.

So i guess we shall further wait for the update, lets see wether they had Addressed the Elephant of the problem or not. Otherwise we will proceed they way we were going i.e. via Petetion.

Lets see.. we already have a Petetion up... cuz till now they have been saying about why device heat and how to turn of features to make it less heat...

Anyways if thats a template... Petetion has already been filed so lets see..

I've also called customer support 4-5 times and called to software team twice.

They also said the same, "next update".

Let's wait till then.

Meanwhile Samsung S21 series is also facing same charging issue after May update

Flipkart and Amazon isn't Exchanging our s20 FE . THERE is no option for s20 fe . No further updates

Wait for a week, so that the OS can settle down and give you more sot.
Also there is a fix coming in the update, (as samsungs says)

Thank you for your reply. Now 7 days that I have the phone, I still see: Cold temperature of 43 degrees - Battery discharging very quickly (4h30 maximum SOT) - Back of the phone very hot (at the level of the processor). caused by software problems? Thank you for taking the plunge.

Its probably on the May security patch. The rollout hasn't started yet.
