I just bought my S24 ultra, i love the pho e and everything.
I was having an issue with the camera, it takes hazy pictures, and what i mean by that is there are less colors in the photo. The pictur lacks contrast, the blacks are not black, more of grey. And i have to remaster the picture to remove that greyness from my picture and bring those colors back.
I checked my setting, i use Jpeg mode, not raw. I was worried about this problem, cuz i want to take good pics from my phone, my old google pixel 3xl gets more nice colors and process the image nicer. But my S24 ultra doesn't do any processing or maybe its just me no noticing any major difference. But the main point is, i want to get a nice contrasty vibarent image, not a hazy, greyish image with dull colors.

First Check in Settings in display that your screen mode is not set to natural Another thing u can do is open (CAMERA) app info and in storage clear data/reset the app than check if your problem resolves or not update the phone to the latest Software or even if it doesn't contact Samsung customer support online tell the issue they I'll help you or go to the nearest Samsung service centre official don't go to any other local shop they I'll mess the whole phone up If u bought the phone brand new or under 1 year since it was purchased it's still in warranty soo going or contacting Samsung service centre might help you
