Issue with S20 plus not receiving calls

I recently have a problem with my S20 plus where I can't receive calls and SMS while the phone is showing full signal.I changed the aim card and formatted the phone but the problem was not resolved.

Report the problem to your service provider. Use '3g only' till the problem get solved. (settings >connections>Mobile networks>network mode)

I went to the service center in Abu Dhabi, the team over there advised to reinstall the software on the phone to solve the issue. This was done but the phone continued having the same issue. Please advise
