Issue while using the multi control in s24 ultra 

I am having s24 ultra and bought a book 4 laptop when I try to connect the multi control it kept on connecting. 

This laptop 2 days old suggest me that I want to return the laptop ?

I am using the Dubai s 24 ultra and can I know why multi control is not available. I have bought to experience the galaxy things in samsung.
