Galaxy SThank you for reaching out. It seems like there might be an issue with the audio routing when using your Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Buds Pro together on your S22 Ultra.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Ensure both the Galaxy Watch 4 and Buds Pro are properly paired with your S22 Ultra.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting both devices to see if that resolves the issue.
- When you receive or make a call, swipe down the notification panel and check if the correct audio output device (Buds Pro) is selected. It should show the device you're using for the call under the audio settings.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache. This can help resolve any Bluetooth connectivity issues.
- Ensure your Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Buds Pro, and S22 Ultra are all updated to the latest firmware, as updates can resolve compatibility issues.
