While I am opening Instagram it gets crash automatically it is happening from last 4-5 months and the system got restarted as well.

1st. Is it happening to other Samsung S24+ users as well.
2nd already mentioned Samsung customer support team regarding to the same issue but still the issue doesn't solve.
I request other users to respond on this concern and also need the Samsung to look into this problem ASAP.

Issue with Instagram and Instagram lite both..

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Are you talking about new update?
If yes then you can there is no issues with the update from my side but as I have checked with my cousins as they are also using s23 and 24 they are not updating after oneui6..

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, if you are still facing the same issue, please share the log file with us. This will help us investigate further and resolve the problem.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I have already sent log file 2 to 3 times in previous week but still the same issue occured
