Issue: home screen update for S8/S8+

Recently on youtube( https://youtu.be/ktSOEhEqiog ) I saw a video where a new update for home screen for S8 and S8+ was added in which , when we are at home screen we can swipe down anywhere on the screen to bring down notifications. Currently we have to swipe down on upper part of screen to access notifications as you know S8+ has quite large screen and the new feature would be very useful...

May I know when this update would be available in India and why it was delayed in India(just like bixby is delayed)?

it is available in india already on this by going in settings>display> home screen> quick-open notification panal it will work

But Samsung must provide these kind of updates at one place instead of updating each important system apps especially like touch wiz
