Yes, S23 series is just 1 year old. It was announced last year to get 4 years of Software update. So it will definitely get next OneUI. Also it will get many Galaxy AI features.

I called customer care many times to customer care, but they didn't help me. Simply reply, go to the service center, and check. Can you assist on this point and what the correct solution.
