Yes, S23 series is just 1 year old.
It was announced last year to get 4 years of Software update.
So it will definitely get next OneUI. Also it will get many Galaxy AI features.

No , mine is S23 on OneUI 6.
But going by history, Samsung is fast with updates and I think 6.1 should be rolled out to S23 series before April-May.

I called customer care many times to customer care, but they didn't help me. Simply reply, go to the service center, and check. Can you assist on this point and what the correct solution.

We recommend keeping an eye on our official communication channels, including our website and social media platforms, for any announcements or updates related to software enhancements and features.

Regarding the battery life concern, we recommend some troubleshooting steps to improve performance:

Restart your device: Turn it off and on again to refresh the system.
Check for background apps: Make sure no unnecessary apps are running in the background (Step 1. Open Settings, and then select Battery and device care. Step 2. Tap Optimize now. Device care automatically optimizes your phone.)
Adjust screen brightness: Lower the screen brightness to conserve battery.
Update software: Ensure your device has the latest software updates.
Adjust Background usage limits ( Step 1. Open Settings, and then select Battery and device care. Step 2. Tap Battery. Step 3. Tap Background usage limits. Step 4. Set the app you want to control. )
