Is Samsung preparing Beta3 for Indian users?

As we know s series is yet to get OneUI and looking at past,it seems Samsung is preparing the next beta with first release in India.
Beta1 - US, South Korea
Beta2(mainly bug fixes) - Germany,China
Beta3 - India?(may be)
