Is One UI 2.0 really as smooth as it claims to be ?

I own an S10 Exynos version in India. While I was on One UI 1.X, animations were smooth and I didn't see a lot of stuttering across the OS. But a few days ago I update to One UI 2.0 with Android 10. And now, animations stutters so bad. It is just so frustrating.

Is anyone else noticing this ? If yes, then please share your experience here.

Also, if anyone with SD855 version is also noticing the same thing?

It is very smooth for us. Try clearing cache from recovery and rebooting.

I tried but it is still the same. It's like everytime there is some background operation going on, the animations becomes laggy

In India they sell only Exynos version

There is always a possibility of buying unlock version from US. That's why I asked.

Backing up my phone right now. Guess I'll have to make a factory reset and update OS again.

Final Update:

After doing a factory reset and restoring all the data back to the device, I am finally experiencing the smoothness that was promised.

No stutter no lagging. Everything is super responsive and very elegant.
