After updating my note 10 to one UI 2.0 on top of Android 10, there is a problem on internet / mobile data connection. Most of the time it doesn't connect even switching the preferred sim to other sim

try reset network settings and use one sim at a time to check if mobile data still connects or not
try the data with each sim seperately and see if it works maybe one of sim has a network issue👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

  1. Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
  2. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
