Installing another country's Firmware

I'm using SM-G781B (S20 FE 5G ) in India. Everyone know it is launched in MARCH 2021 withANDROID 11 in India. Same Device, same model, same SOC, launched earlier in some Europe countries but withANDROID 10.

***I prefer ANDROID 10 over ANDROID 11.

My Question is...

If I Install another country's Firmware in my phone, will it work?? Or will it break my phone?? My SIM card work with that firmware? 

I got one of Europe countries Firmware insamfw.com site.

Launched with Android 10 in Europe

Launched with Android 11 in India

Don't risk if you don't have enough bucks to buy one.
If you have then you can try so that we can know the software is working or not.

Why do I buy S20 FE If I had enough bucks.
I will try first on my Old phone. If it works, I will try it on my S20.

Ok bro but remember
Old phone's firmware is different.
What if your old phone perform good but new one(FE) will fail.
Again saying there's is risk.
