Galaxy SWe truly apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Kindly try the steps below to help resolve the issue:
How to Clear an App's Cache
If a specific app is slowing down or not working properly, clearing its cache may help by removing temporary or problematic files.
Steps:
Open Settings
Launch the Settings app on your device, then select Apps.
Select the App
Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the app you want to clear (e.g., Galaxy Wearable).
Tap on Storage
Inside the app settings, tap Storage.
Clear Cache
Tap Clear cache to remove temporary data.
How to Start Your Device in Safe Mode
Safe Mode allows you to run your device without third-party apps, helping you identify whether a problem is caused by an app you installed.
Steps:
Power Off the Device
Hold the Power button and Volume down button simultaneously.
When the Power options appear, tap and hold “Power off” until you see the Safe Mode option.
Enter Safe Mode
Tap on Safe mode.
Check for Issues
Once in Safe Mode, you will see “Safe mode” displayed at the bottom left of your screen.
Use the device to check if the issue still occurs.
Exit Safe Mode
Simply restart your device to return to normal mode.
If the issue still remains you can contact Instagram support or raise an error report through the below link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
