When scrolling through Instagram reels, the phone gets stuck and I can't do anything with the phone. I turn it off with the power button and restart it. What's the problem?

I am also facing the same issue on my S23. I gave it to the service center, and they cleared it with a factory reset. Now, after one month, it has returned.

Did you try clearing app's cache? If yes and didn't work. Then try wiping cache partition by booting device into recovery mode. It should solve your problem.

How to Clear an App's Cache

Steps:
Open Settings
Launch the Settings app on your device, then select Apps.

Select the App
Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the app you want to clear (e.g., Galaxy Wearable).

Tap on Storage
Inside the app settings, tap Storage.

Clear Cache
Tap Clear cache to remove temporary data.


How to Start Your Device in Safe Mode
Safe Mode allows you to run your device without third-party apps, helping you identify whether a problem is caused by an app you installed.

Steps:
Power Off the Device
Hold the Power button and Volume down button simultaneously.
When the Power options appear, tap and hold “Power off” until you see the Safe Mode option.

Enter Safe Mode
Tap on Safe mode.

Once in Safe Mode, you will see “Safe mode” displayed at the bottom left of your screen.
Use the device to check if the issue still occurs.

Exit Safe Mode
