India Samsung members, not Korea Samsung India members

Hi I'm Korean. My Galaxy S7 is a Korean device. I have nothing to do with India, but my phone suddenly goes into Samsung Members in India. Is there a way to fix this?

IMEI code have 14 digit , you entered 15 .. playing around this may cause service unavailability or few apps will stop working if something goes wrong .

if something goes wrong you need to reinstall the firmware

ok solution is just dial the code and select korea csc code with sales code of korea from that pre configuration menu amd install

carrier based than select from these three KTC , LUC , SKC

Korean devices cannot select CSC.

yes they can

type your variant . e.g check from the box that whats the model number or provide the imei number . i will check which variant is this and whicj CSC is supplied to this from provider/carrier

or do one thing

goto https://imei.info/

enter your device IMEI than you will see what variant it is and all other firmware details

SKT = SM-G930S
KT = SM-G930K
LG U+ = SM-G930L
