We understand that you have noticed a decrease in camera clarity on your Galaxy S24 Ultra. Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below to help improve camera performance and image quality:
- Clean all camera lenses carefully using a soft microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
- Reset Camera settings:
Open Camera > Settings > Reset settings. - Check Intelligent Optimization settings:
Camera > Settings > Intelligent optimization > Set to Medium or Maximum. - Update device software and applications to the latest version:
Settings > Software update > Download and install. - Clear Camera app cache:
Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache. - Install or adjust Camera Assistant (if available) from Galaxy Store to optimize image processing preferences.
- Test the camera using Samsung Members diagnostics:
Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Camera.
