I got my phone from jazz preorder (s26u) acc to dirbs its compliant. But i got bunch of messages that your imei is duplicated. What should i do.

I am also encountering this issue on a Nokia mobile device; the same message was received a week ago, and now the IMEI is non-functional. The device was purchased new in a sealed box with a PTA sticker just one month ago. Both IMEIs are displayed on the database as compliant, and the model number is also indicated. However, this is now causing a problem. Do you have any insights on how to resolve this?

Yes, you need to launch a complaint with PTA via their website. Provide them pictures of IMEI number, box, receipt, and anything that can show that your claim is valid and they will fix it within 24-48hrs. Restart the device after that and it will be working as normal
