Oh yes, this is what I purchased today but the only difference is, the one I shown in screenshot has a bit of drop shadow effect on logos, while this one has no drop shadow effect.

I already said it's almost similar, not exactly the same. It's very hard to say which is the exact icon pack, as many icon packs have many similarities.

It's very hard to find the exact icon pack. Apply the same launcher and edit it through Theme Park of Good Lock.
