Hello Samsung/Admins/Guys!
I have been trying to exchange my old device (S22+) with S24 Ultra which I pre-ordered & I have also successfully diagnosed my mobile with Cashify Diagnosed App but it is showing "Pending IMEI validation, try after 5 minutes".
I have tried 3 times but it didn't work. I don't want my exchange gets cancelled. 

I am humbly requesting you to please suggest me any resolution for this issue.

Hello brother, I am literally facing the same issue while exchanging iPhone 13. Yesterday we tried more than 7 times but everytime it was the same and Pending IMEI VALIDATION and showed rejected at delivery partner phone. 
I yesterday reseted my phone as well but it didn’t work. What shall I do? Samsung team said to contact Cashify Support as this is a third party. I am really stressed and want u order. Can somone please suggest?

Yes! It is an issue at the Cashify End. I'm not sure, but it is highly possible that the problem is due to Cashify's server issues.
Try a day later or two. That is all I believe what needs to be done.

You can only do two things...
1. Don't cancel the delivery and request your delivery agent to postpone your delivery until the problem is solved. (1-2 days usually)

2. Meanwhile, email the screenshot with an explanation to Cashify. They will surely resolve your problem within 2 days.

I ordered S24 Ultra with instant exchange of my s20 FE 5G, but I am facing a similar issue. Everything works fine. All tests are okay bit after entering OTP on delivery agents, Cashify app it shows try again after 5 minutes. I have reset the device, reinstalled Cashify diagnose app, reran the test multiple times, and tried with installing cashify diagnose from apk file , but nothing is happening. From reading the response here, I think it is the issue from cashify End. My delivery is rescheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully, it will be resolved.

Sure, bro. It's at the Cashify's end. Keep delaying delivery for a day two. It will surely work.
