It's the root

Unroot first then restart
Even if you added some language that didn't come with the original system
Samsung update service may see it as a system modification which is not allowed

Can u confirm you rooted this device or not? Or maybe someone did root it before or u bought it from someone who possible rooted the device

Makes sense removing a root wont be hard task but i would advice to first to confirm that you have a root there application called root checker install it and check if so then u have to factory erase the phone from pc i believe from samsung application smart switch if u face any problems let me know

It's simple

Backup whatever you want and do a factory reset

Or

If any of your apps called superuser ( green or white icon)
Click on it you'll see at the end remove root access within its settings
