I tried the Privacy Display feature on the S26 Ultra and I LOVE IT!
When activated, the display narrows the viewing angles so people around you can’t see what’s on your screen. From the sides the screen appears darker or distorted, while the person holding the phone still sees everything clearly.
It’s basically like having a built in privacy screen protector, but controlled directly from the phone. The difference is the color accuracy and brightness are intact and you can turn it off anytime you want because it's hardware based.
Perfect for using your phone on airplanes, in cafés, or any public place where you don’t want others looking at your messages, emails, or documents.
