I submitted my phone to Samsung Sri Lanka for repair services.

They said the whole frame including glasses of the both sides will be replaced

Free of Charge 

( Serice Charge of 5000 will be added but after service)

(Same as having a new phone)

As they said

They will check for water resistant by Adding the phone into a test

This is what I know so far ☺️

After checking the phone closely 

One of their employees said that the device has 0 Scratches on it's screen😎😎😎

Why both sides ?
Will they replace the water seal ?

Yes, it will happen through the Offcial Authorized Samsung service center

They said they have to replace the whole casing (font back aluminum frame). Must be that is How S22Ultra works

They said they would go through the water testing process before sending the device to me. If they failed they will repair it again until it is suitable to release

Also firmware will be updated by them as they said
